Project Overview​​

To immerse learners in real-life scenarios, I developed, an avatar, Jane who is based on one of VMware learner personas.

I designed and created eLearning programs in Rise 360 featuring Jane representing an administrator of  Workspace ONE platform, VMware's flagship product. Creating Jane was instrumental in simplifying the content into more digestible chunks and making the eLearning courses learner-centered and hands-on.
