In 2022, VMware launched the Digital First Initiative to transition from traditional instructor-led training to, problem-based eLearning. I lead a team of editors and instructional designers to create a handbook focused on effective eLearning based adult learning theories, covering topics like Rise 360 functionality and assessment creation.

Additionally, I designed module templates in Rise 360 to streamline the instructional design process.

I regularly presented topics from the handbook to all development teams and collaborate closely with individual developers to transition courses from ILT to eLearning, adhering to the established guidelines and templates.​​
